Refund and Cancellation Policy

Important: Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. It outlines your rights regarding order cancellations, returns, and refunds.

1. Scope

This policy applies to all product sales via the website.

2. Cancellation by Customer

  • Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing if not dispatched. Use the order cancellation option on the website or contact support.
  • Customized or specially procured items cannot be cancelled once production/shipment has begun.

3. Return Eligibility

  • Return window: 7 days from delivery for unopened, undamaged products.
  • Electronic components that are opened, soldered, or physically altered are not eligible for return unless faulty.
  • Faulty items: Report within 7 days with photos and order details. We will evaluate and provide RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).

4. Return Process

Follow these steps to initiate a return:

  1. Contact support at ijananicodebotslab@gmail.com with:
    • Order ID
    • Product images
    • Reason for return
  2. If RMA is approved, ship the item to the address provided with the RMA number.
  3. Buyer pays return shipping unless the return is due to Company error or product defect.

5. Refund Method & Timeline

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-14 business days after receiving and inspecting the return.
  • For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer; please provide bank details.

⏱️ Processing Time: Please allow 7-14 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we receive and inspect the returned item.

6. Exchanges

Exchanges are handled as a return + new order. If the requested item is costlier, the Buyer pays the difference.

7. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are NOT eligible for refund:

  • Opened consumables
  • Partial kits used in projects
  • Items marked as non-refundable on the product page

8. Chargebacks & Disputes

If a chargeback occurs, we will investigate and provide evidence to the payment provider. Repeated fraudulent chargebacks may lead to order blocking.
